Birds I have Observed who are not in Offcial List

Only seen once or twice in historical records, this extremely rare winter visitor was seen in Mannar. At the time I took the photo, I didn't realize what I witnessed. Just one of them has passed India after crossing the mighty Himalayas and flown all the way down to Mannar. How crazy is that? He is not even listed as a bird pending addition to the official bird's list of Sri Lanka.
